Athletes use special fins (monofins or bifins) and sometimes snorkels to glide through the water with incredible efficiency. At Metkayina, we introduce children to this unique sport in a safe and supportive environment, helping them develop both physical and mental strength.

2. Suitable Age

Children can start finswimming training from the age of 6 years, once they have a solid foundation in basic swimming. Our programs are designed to gradually build up skills, confidence, and stamina.
